:) LOL. I said "may be on the market". You can have it. I'm in no
hurry. Still sorting out this whole zip line thing and lack of proper
payments from New TRAC. We never issued a proper release of lien on our
improvements since the payment was never made by New TRAC. Now TMA has
it and we have lost revenues and payments unpaid. What a complete mess
and screw up. All could have been avoided. I was informing everyone of
this back in September of last year, but no one seemed to want to listen
to me.

Those homeowner meetings are a waste. A large "pat themselves on the back" opportunity while they tell us how much of our money they have lost and never hand out legit P&L's on where the money actually goes. Just superficial top sheets of the 30,000 foot view but no protein. Good luck getting any details about the operating company as it's a separate for profit LCC, not governed by the by-laws or any transparency. Ask Louis how she is a managing member of a loosing for profit while she is board president of our loosing TMA managing the private company. The 'IL fox in charge of the hen house scam. I for k r do t believe a thing they have to say. Too many years of being screwed over by the TMA. sure, my opinion, but if you aren't in the click crowd, you are treated like a step child at Tamarack TAM FAM.

I don't own my Tamarack property anymore but I still own my building in Donnelly.  I'm glad to see this Google being used as a way to communicate away from the "thought police" of Tamarack. 

Different Topic:
I have a friend considering building a tap room in my building across from Stinkers. Any thoughts anyone would like to share on that idea?
