PR meeting: Wednesday at 8pm

at Wainwright bank in Central Square (on Mass Ave next to Starbuck's and Prospect St).

If you can't make the meeting please just send me anything that you're working on so that we get our local press release out to papers that might need advance notice.  If you can make the meeting then bring an appetite (and whatever you're there to work on with the group.)  I think that the Cambridge wireless internet connection may be spotty, just fyi.

One important thing we missed by not meeting as a group last week is deadlines.  We are 99% sure that the release party will be June 3rd at Taza chocolate factory.  They're welcoming to the public, so we would do well getting a blurb in local weeklies ahead of time to invite people.  That means getting local papers something by next Thursday.

So let's meet this week at the Wainwright Bank community room on Mass Ave and order take-out and finish off our first press release!  The idea is to bring drafts of what we're working on, get feedback from the group, and make changes while we're still together.
