I requested three kinds of students: A web computer hacker, a comic
book artist, and an activist. It sounds like their skills aren't
quite so focused. But I have faith that we'll be able to get a lot
done together.
So in addition to Monday night 6-8pm summer work meetings at the New
Media Center with Lucy and any of you, I'm also going to have 9am-noon
hours every weekday in the Student Art Association office (W20-429.)
I want to expose these students to as much of our process as possible.
So let me know if you want to be involved with helping me plan tasks
for or working alongside them. I'm really looking forward to the
chance to see how a younger crew takes control of aspects of our
project. I already have a volunteer (a counselor from the program) to
work with them on Tuesdays. But every other day is still open if you
want to join the fun.
