I have a .dwt file that when I open and create a new .dwg file, states it was created with a newer version... commands, settings and displays of Civil3D are disabled. Is there a way to covert a newer .dwt / .dwg file to and older version and maintain the commands and settings custom to that .dwg/.dwt ??
