Strange volunteer request

Tonight is the last home football game of the season and I will be
officially retiring my spatula. There are two needs related to the
grill station for future games. One will be off season deep cleaning
of the silver grill and disposal or repair of the small grill, not
necessary in the next few month, just before next season. The second
need is to store the 3 propane tanks used by the grills and Filipina
Garden. We are not allowed to keep them at the school and so someone
has to keep them and bring them each time there is a grilling event.
We have been given permission to put a shed with awning out in the
area we grill, which would serve to store the stuff and an auxiliary
concession stand, but finances have not allowed us to move forward on
this. Sounds like a great task for the freshman class to take on,
hint, hint...
