Cannabis-Related Items to be Discussed at City Council Meeting on November 28th November 22, 2017   The City Council will hear a number of items related to cannabis at its meeting on Tuesday, November 28, 2017. The Council meeting will start at 5:00 p.m. and will be held at the Council Chamber, New City Hall, 915 I Street, Sacramento, CA 95814. The meeting is open to the public. The City Council will discuss a list of items which include equity-related ordinances covering tiered manufacturing, removing the CUP requirement for small manufacturers, Production CUP, and amendments to the background check requirements.  Also on the agenda are proposed amendments to cannabis ordinances to add delivery, adult use and distribution, as well as removing the CUP requirement for testing facilities.  Council will also be asked to adopt proposed fees for cannabis businesses.  The agenda for the meeting is available at the City's cannabis website at www.cityofsacramento.org/marijuana.
