Stockton/Broadway Planning

Hello neighbors,

Attached is a report to the Sacramento Planning Commission re: modifications to development rules on Stockton Blvd and Broadway. The current plan restricts things like auto sales, bars, alcohol sales, presumably because there are many of them in existence already. 

The Planning Commission will be looking at this and considering possible changes specific to the Stockton/Broadway intersection to allow sales of alcohol.

Since this greatly affects our neighborhood, I wanted to make sure you had this information.
