Subject: Reminder  Notice : We need your Input -The Library COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT SESSION

PLEASE JOIN US:   COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT SESSION

The Library is looking to talk with the community about the library and the services we provide. We are very excited to learn how people use our library, what services they enjoy and how we can improve. There are three different ways communities can share their thoughts and suggestions:

Attend the Community Engagement Session at Colonial Heights Library (4799 Stockton Blvd) on Tuesday, August 11, 5:30PM. Or attend one of the other community meetings scheduled throughout the month. You can access the full list of events by clicking this link.

Stop by the library to share ideas on our Action Posters.

Submit input by emailing Alicia Doktor, Colonial Heights Branch Supervisor, directly: ADo...@saclibrary.org.

It is critical to gather as much information--from both library users and non-users--to understand the changing needs of our community.

The data gathered will be used to inform the Sacramento Public Library's Strategic Plan for the next three to five years. Here are the three focus questions:

  • What do you like about the/your library?
  • What should the library do to better meet your needs?
  • What else would you like us (library staff) to know about the library?

PLEASE share this information with your neighbors so that our branch will be better able to meet our neighborhood's needs.
