Hello, supporters of Talking Radical!

I'm writing to share the latest in my series of interviews with activists and organizers about learning in, for, and from social movements. In this one, I speak with Dev Ramsawakh. They are a disabled, transmasculine, and diasporic Indo-Caribbean multidisciplinary storyteller, producer, and educator. Their written, audio, and video work has been widely published, and they have been involved in many popular education and community-building initiatives related to anti-ableism, anti-oppression, disability justice, and more. Please read what they have to say!

For a number of years, Talking Radical content has been published on The Media Co-op, where I am also a board member and volunteer editor. We are currently in the middle of a fundraising campaign, and I encourage you to donate, to allow us to keep publishing original, high-quality, grassroots journalism.

And I should note that none of your donations will go to me personally...but they will allow us to continue to pay writers for things like the story that went up yesterday, in which grassroots journalist Jahanzeb Hussain covered the Palestine solidarity encampment by students in Montreal.

We're looking to get two new donors by the end of the day, so please donate if you can!

In solidarity,

    Scott 8)
