Hello, has anyone considered expanding TalkingPuffin to include
Twitter's streaming API. I'm considering doing it myself (or just
creating a new library altogether).
Just curious if anyone has beaten me to the punch!

Hi, and welcome. I don’t recall it being discussed, but I’m all for it
if it makes a better client. Mark, anyone, any thoughts?

I haven't taken a look, but it shouldn't be that bad to do. The
streaming API is only for the timeline calls, correct? You still need
request/reply for the other stuff.

Took a quick look... I'll probably toy around with this over the next
couple days. It may be an API-only thing though, as the rework of
this into the desktop client may be fairly disruptive.
