Missing tags

I’ve lost my tags somehow. I will restore my preferences from a
backup. We need to add a way to export and import preferences like
tags. People will spend a lot of time tagging and I don’t want them to
ever lose them.

For now, please be sure you back up your preferences. On Mac, ~/
Library/Preferences/, Windows, the registry, linux, a hidden directory
in the home directory.
