After about 20 hours of work yesterday and today, I have almost
completely replaced use of the former, integrated Twitter API access
layer, with Twitter4J.
On http://talkingpuffin.org/ you’ll find a development version, which
is ready to run. Use it at your own risk, but I think data loss or
crazy, out-of-control wild tweeting bugs are very unlikely.
I need to do client work over the next few days, so if any of you have
been wanting to jump in and help, now would be a great time. Just look
for “todo” comments in the code.
