I added preliminary DM support

You can now send DMs, and view and filter received and sent DMs.

I’m reusing the StatusTableModel for the DMs, which is a bit of a
kludge, but we get the benefit of all the filtering and sorting. One
thing broken is the recipient of a sent DM shows up in From.

This change really stretched my Scala skills.

I would like to have a mentor who I could have occasional screen-
sharing sessions with (new Skype) and get advice on coding the things
I want to do.
