An App Called Lose It

Does anyone know this app? I’m trying to fill in my personal data and it keeps taking me back to the defaults when I see that everything’s right and hit the Done button. Could someone call me at (760) 4360563? Thanks.

Hi Barb:
I won’t waste your time with a phone call. Because I don’t know if this will help at all. You might try power cycling your phone. Turn it all the way off and then on again. Sometimes that seems to do the trick when buttons don’t work right. Good luck! Carolyn
