There is VO, Zoom, Display, Motion, spoken content, Audio Description,
touch, face id, voice control, side button,
Then Apple Watch MIrroring.

This is really weird. I am looking at my Settings > Accessibility, and I am with you right up until “Side Button.” My next option is “Control Nearby Devices.” I have nothing like “Apple Watch Mirroring.” I’m running IOS16.0.3. I simply cannot explain this. The other difference is that in between “Face ID and Attention,” and “Side button,” I have an option called “Switch control,” which you didn’t mention in your breakdown.

I simply have no idea why this layout would be different.

I have the switch as well. So, is your watch paired with the iPhone

Oh yes definitely. I’m not having the same issues as Jeff, although I also keep my watch on all the time, even n the charger. I just upgraded to IOS16.1 last night and looked again to be sure, and the “iPhone mirroring,” choice is still not there. I don’t suppose this only shows up in iPasdf OS, or some beta version I don’t have? My wife, who is sighted, doesn’t see that choice either.
