strange watch issue

Hello. So, I have an apple watch VO siri voice issue. Like many of us I reset my watch today as I got my new 13 pro max. Everything was great until I set up my watch. I set it up from my backup and tryed to have VO use the siri voice because I can't stand Samantha. Anyway, the botten to use siri voice was grade out, dimed, and there was a message that said that the language set would not support siri voice being used. My phone and watch are both set to US english. I even tryed to set up as a new watch and still the same thing. The voice works when I ask siri a question, but I now can't use it as my VO voice. Anyone else have this issue after reseting the watch to connect with an IPhone 13? Is this something in the software that Apple needs to fix? I am going crazy trying to figure this out as like I said everything is set right. Help please.

  I have seen weird issues with SIRI voices and Apple watches. For me, I had to reset my watch by holding both buttons down for five seconds and then turning the SIRI voice on.
