I am looking for a battery operated Bluetooth keyboard with use with my iPhone. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I highly recommend the logitech KH 11. It is battery run, with a rechargeable built in battery. Charges via USB. Apple keyboard layout. And can pair to several devices it also has a very good on and off switch, which the Apple wireless keyboard to my knowledge does not have. This is not a new keyboard, but if you can find it it’s the best one I have found.

Carolyn,
Does the keyboard have to be plugged into the computer to charge? I am looking for one that uses regular disposable batteries and does not need to be plugged into the computer; sorry; didn’t make that clear. I am going on a trip and will just have my phone with me.

The Logitech k811 has one of those lithium ion batteries. You can charge it from anything that will take a micro usb cable. I only have to charge mine about once a month. And, I just plug it into a usb slot on my power strip, or the iPhone charge block. Seriously, I’ve found this to be one of the best out there. It also pairs really easily under bluetooth on the iPhone.

Hmm that sounds like a pretty nice keyboard. Might be my next purchase. Ihave an Logitech K480, it takes 3 aaa batteries. I have this keyboard over 2 years now, and is still on the oringinal batteries. It can pair up to up to 3 devices. I love this keyboard. It is rugged, have large buttons, and very very easy to use. I have bought the orange one, where some of my consumers can see it on the desk.
