strange VO watch issue...

Hello, I have an issue since I reset my watch and got the IPhone 13 pro max. So, set up my phone, no problem. Went to set up my watch again and connect and, I could only use the terrible ASamantha voice. I always used the siri voice, but here is the issue. In setings and voice over, when I try to turn on siri voice it says that siri voice can't be used as the language set doesn't support this. Everything on my phone and watch is set to US english so I don't see what the problem is and I just can't use Samantha. I reset the watch with my backup and without it and nothing. Siri works fine to use to ask a question in the correct language but not when using VO. Anyone else having this? I would assume someone else here got an IPhone 13 and had to set up the watch again. Help please.
