question about ITunes viewing iTunes extras on an iPad and Voice over.

Hello,

I have heard the movies you buy on iTunes in most cases come with the extras you get on DVDs for example, deleted seems, director's cut seems, and other stuff. I would like to be able to view these things on my iPad. I looked up how to do it, all it says is the movie has to be downloaded and a menu should appear and there they are. I have the menu with the audio description and languages, but, even if the movie says there are extras, they are not there. What do I need to do to view the extras? is it something with voice over? I don't know what I am doing wrong. Please help. And it should be seen, my dictation messed it up, but still, please help.
