Quest for Borchsenius

Hi everyone,

In his "On Specific Objectivity: An Attempt at Formalizing the Request for Generality and Validity of Scientific Statements"(see: http://www.rasch.org/memo18.htm) Rasch mentions an unpublished paper:

Borchsenius, K. (1977), On specific objectivity and its role in elementary physics. [Unpublished].

Does anybody have a copy of the paper or know how to get one (e.g. address of author)? Or maybe someone knows a published paper by Borchsenius where with the same topic?
