It depends on the carrier that delivered the call. 

Please let us know the last 5 digits of the affected destination number, and we will take a look.

Thanks for letting us know. 

We have identified the destination.  

We noticed there was only one successfully connected call and the call last 26 minutes. 

Was the delay appearing at the very beginning? Or it showed up as the call went on, and getting worse and worse?  Other than delay, any choppy or broken voice? 

This helps us identify the root cause of the delay.

It happens at the very beginning, and it sometimes has some choppy voice during the call. I didn't use the card for about 7-8 months, earlier than that, I notice same issue with the same number.
