Can I put the balance to my old account? 

Plus I can't log into the online account manage page. Probably I forgot my password. Is there any way I can find the password back?

Your payment was from a new PayPal address and it was treated as a new account initially. Our record shows that our system was able to identify your old account and the balance was automatically transferred to the old account.

We also resent the PIN to your registered email address.
