Changing from Google Voice BYOD to Calling Card

I would like to cancel the google voice BYOD plan and change back to Pay As You Go (calling card) account. How could I do that? Thanks a lot.

Or fill out the online service change/cancel form:
http://www.talk86.com/cancel-service/,  when you cancel a landline service, you can choose to switch to the calling card service.
