Forgot password, not able to refill

Hi,

I forgot my password.  And, I could not refill my account. I went through the password recovery process multiple times.  However, I did not receive any emails for the temporary password as your website states.   I have emailed you guys multiple times as well.  No responses so far.

Could you please help me out?

Please try again and see if you can get the password resetting confirmation email.   Sometimes you may have to check the SPAM folder.

Hi there, I tried to  reset password from page http://www.talk86.com/store/?slug=password_forgotten.php this morning but never got any confirmation emails. I did check my spam and trash folders, and the email address is correct and registered on talk86.com.

I can use same email address (dem...@deminy.net) to login to to do.talk86.com without any problem; the only problem is that same email/password doesn't work for buying calling cards. FYI.

The Talk86 calling card account email is not always the same as the online store account.

If possible, please consider refilling w/o online store: http://www.talk86.com/how-to-make-direct-payment/

Thanks for your quick replies on the forum and via my personal email :) I've just sent a payment through PayPal for refilling.

how can I remove my self from this email list? I contacted talk86 support long time ago, now I don't want to get irrelevant email from talk86 any more.
