For January 3rd, we have Maybe Pavey on the schedule.
Start time: 8:00 AM, tentative, to be determined. Sunrise is 7:31.
Start Location: Alvarado High School big parking lot. See the RWGPS file below for directions in the text.

Route updates: Last time we rode this, a couple of the wooden bridges with grating had been changed up, so beware of longitudinal slots between boards- if necessary, dismount and walk.
RUSA membership for 2026 is required. See the RUSA website for details.
Lone Star Randonneurs membership is required. See the LSR website for details. Get that in to Dan prior to the ride start.
A waiver is attached. Complete, print, sign, scan, and email to be me and Dan.
Note: I will be getting back home late on the 2nd and quite likely won't make this ride, and not sure if Dan will be there.
I'll be checking emails while I'm gone and will try to confirm who is riding and who can collect waivers.

Long range forecast: Partly cloudy, low of 50, high of 74, 13% chance of rain, winds SSW at 13 mph. This route winds around quite a bit which helps with the wind. Check just before the ride and be prepared for whatever is forecast.
