Jesus certainly exists ... in the imaginations of believers in Him, at
the very least. when i was a christian i believed i knew Jesus ...
even imagined he and i conversed. whether Jesus exists outside of
human concepts of him i can't honestly say. my relationship with him
kind of disappeared when, in my search for self honesty, i did away
with as many of my preconceived ideas about God as possible. funny
how Jesus vanished without a conceptual context. one might think that
a real personage would remain a personage in spite of the lack of
prefabricated construct. a real person doesn't cease to exist just
b/c you stop making assumptions about them. there might be an
alternate reality created or sustained or achieved by belief where
Jesus actually lives but i'll not assume anything about him or his
private life based on a few books of myth and hearsay written some
30-70 years after he left planet.
