Churches: They accept willfully practicing sinners.

But that is not what the Bible teaches. Notice 1 Cor 5:9-13,

" 9. I wrote to you in my epistle not to keep company with sexually
immoral people.
10. Yet I certainly did not mean with the sexually immoral people of
this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or idolaters, since
then you would need to go out of the world.
11. But now I have written to you not to keep company with anyone
named a brother, who is a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or
a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner not even to eat with such
a person.
12. For what have I to do with judging those also who are outside?
Do you not judge those who are inside?
13. But those who are outside God judges. Therefore "put away from
yourselves that wicked person.'' (NKJV)

VS 13:

"put him out of your church." (Living Bible)
" REMOVE THE WICKED MAN FROM AMONG YOURSELVES". (ASV)
"You must banish this evil-doer from among you." (NJB)
. "Purge the evil person from your midst." (NAB)
"Drive out the wicked person from among you." (NRSV)
"put ye away the evil from among yourselves. (Young's Bible)
" Remove the wicked person from amongst yourselves" (Darby)
" Remove the wicked man from among you" (WNT)
etc, etc.

You are a willfully practicing sinner.

That is what sinners do - practice sin.  What else do you think they do?
Fly through the air as holy supermen contemptuously dropping their pure
and perfect bible interpretations on those below them?

Ummm, don't answer that!

So who is to blame for this sinner's sin, your local Walmart manager?

All sin is wilful, you filthy, lying, self-justifying sinner. Yes, you
are sinning right now by trying to justify yourself in your sinful state!
