One reference, A Dictionary of Angels, says of this angel,
that he holds up Heaven with three fingers. Another source,
The Mystic Grimoire, lists him as the angel, that helps
you to win lotteries.
In working with this angel, with my own methods, I was
able to win 3 out of 6 numbers, in the California lottery,
several times in a row, but not any big wins.

Does this grimoire provide more details on the process of evoking this
particular angel? If so could you elucidate>

Haven't seen this in a while could you provide bibliographic
information date, publisher, isbn etc. This text is generally thought
to be the basis of merkabah cabalism.

WRONG! Only uses one finger.
The grimoire provides all the details. The admitting password is Ah Bah
Limb.
As you say this, open an imaginary set of curtains. State your purpose:
My purpose
is to win a major prize in the (Name of Lotto). Knock seven times. Say:
I represent
the planets of Mercury and Jupiter. Say: Admit me, Ah Tar Fee Ale, and
do my bidding
as I command. Knock seven times. Then, state your wish in specific
terms. Chant the avatar mantra for five minutes: Me Sah Boo. Close with
your dismissal.

Do not have this information handy at the moment.

Sorry to disappoint you George. This one is real. The amount you win may
be subject divine providence, as Franz Bardon points out, in his book on
magical evocation.
Scientific skeptics will probably jump on me, for the previous
statement, but
even they might have a few things to learn.
