How long would it take a Beluga whale to acquire a basic human
vocabulary, If there were some phonetic structures established and
some telepathic communication, would they learn to recognize the
sounds and associate the words and meanings; a few hundred words
or so? What kind of time period would be required relative to
human abilities?
A working grasp of human speech can be accomplished in six to nine
months providing the altered sound translation rate or frequency is
viable. In other words, formulating a word in English such as
"concept" might not be possible for a Cetacean to reproduce. If the
word "concept" was translated into a viable sound pattern or sequence
of musical notes which was within the ability of the Cetacean to
reproduce, then the language could be learned within six months to a
year.
Do they have an organized social structure? Groups? We have
tribes, and we have governments and so forth. Do they have
analogous social structure, tribes families larger groups...?
There is an extensive structure in these terms. Cetacean species are
caretakers of certain ocean areas. The areas in which a certain
species of whale is found is the area of their job... their
mornitoring job of that specific area of the ocean.
Do they manage their environment. Do they look after the plants
and the other animals?
All species of Cetaceans are environmental managers except Orcas and
Blues. Blue whales are the Great Magiis or Masters. Orcas have a
completely different function than any other of the whales species.
They are the life-crises controllers for the Cetacean species. That is
all we may give on the function of Orcas.
It seems that dolphins and whales take the extermination of
their fellow species by humans with more understanding than
we might, if the situation were reversed. Can you explain
that?
This is an area which gets into metaphysics. Whales have made a
pre-life agreement to teach humans. The dolphins and whales are your
teachers in this matter of respect for every species. It is essential
first for humans to understand that they are not the only thinking
beings on this Mother. In actuality, when humans kill Cetaceans, they
are murdering ocean "people." The agreement to teach Homo Sapiens
that, as a thinker they are not alone, was a pre-life species choice
of the Cetaceans. Once humans learn that killing Cetaceans is killing
"people", the problem will resolve itself. Communication will,
therefore, be of much greater benefit and potential. It is being
learned. Not quickly enough for Searchers like yourself, but it is
being learned.
Yesterday would be soon enougb. What is tbe most direct route to
that learning? Communication research?
That and the accurate assessment of Cetaceans' motives, plus their
voluntary associations directed towards humans. There is a need for
humans to recognize the Cetaceans' kindness; their willingness to
interact. Those two factors are greatly ignored. A collection of
incidents which have documented voluntary interaction between wild
Cetacean species and humans could prove quite extensive and
interesting. The obvious choice to interact, and, in many instances,
to be self sacrificial in order to assist humans in need should be
recognized and understood excactly for what it is.
Can you give an example of that?
Dolphins saving children from drowning. Dolphins fighting sharks to
prevent them attacking stranded persons. Pilot whales encircling and
actually towing small boats. There Are many other instances. Also some
species have chosen to make contact with humans and play together. If
these behaviors were documented without clinical reserve, recognized
as demonstrations of intelligence and human empathy, the realization
that Cetaceans are "people" would spread.
How can we assist in making humans realize that Cetaceans are
"people?"
State your feelings to all who will listen. State what we have given.
Say that Cetaceans are ocean "people." When one is killed, it is
MURDER. Imagine carving up your next door neighbor in order to use
part of shis body to make perfume last longer. Many whale products are
used as scent extenders.
