WHAT I HAVE TO APPLY?
Thinking -> mind
Feeling -> senses
Behavior -> heart
HOW I APPLY?
I apply mantra/mindfulness meditation to:
1) Open/calm my mind
2) sense the present moment
3) allow my heart to appreciate any good karma.
Meditative application leads me to meditative life.
