An internet paedophile with a history of sex offences going back to
1969 has been given a three-year community order.
Paul Hammond, 57, had used the name "Betty" and "Betty Boop" while
collecting images from a smart group used by people distributing child
pornography.
Luton Crown Court heard that, as part of an operation started in 2005,
police obtained "Betty's" IP address and traced it to Hammond's then
home in Barton Road, Gravenhurst.
Prosecutor Simon Ash said officers raided the home in November ...

I DID change the title of the thread to help you out, too.
I mean, while it's nice of you to keep on shouting "pedophile" at me
in order to demonstrate the nature of your "slanderous vilification"
technique in action, it's hardly really a response to the question
asked, which was to wonder why you keep calling it slanderous
vilification, and then jumping on people who use the word "slander" to
describe what you do with the pedantic observation that it should
really be libel.
Someone that pedantic should make sure their own materials are
corrected before starting to correct the usage of others.
