This offer is perfectly legal in the United States and Australia.

I forego having a lawyer present on my behalf.

I am willing to travel to Australia to do this or allow his attorney to do this via recorded video session on Skype or some such platform. If I travel I can work it into a larger vacation. If his lawyer insists I have a lawyer I will ask compensation for travel expenses.

I am willing to answer any and every question and create an official legal record any court can use and one which could be used to hang me metaphorically speaking if I perjure.

I am literally offering Nima everything he says he has ever wanted.

What's his answer? No. He communicated that this is not legal (it is, I researched it). He says his lawyer doesn't approve. Funny, usually all contact is handled by lawyers directly for purposes of protecting clients and because it's basic legal ethics. Yet somehow Nima's lawyer has him playing errand boy and communicating regularly with people he says his legal team are moving heaven and earth to have extradited, or whose "a$$" he will have in court, or who he says invitingly "come to court" which are pretty much mutually exclusive options.

I make this offer out of knowing I have done nothing wrong and Nima has libeled me and bullied me. I am fully confident this deposition will not only NOT hurt me but actually help me.

Conclusion:

Nima knows this too. He has some cognitive dissonance where he simultaneously believes his own delusions but also understands reality could be encroaching and more lies and bluffs are needed to keep it at bay. Nima has no lawyer let alone a legal team. His threats, as long suspected, are as empty as his made up religion (which is NOT the religion of the figure Sayyid Ali Muhammad Shirazi but a reinterpretation of the same and a reconstruction with Azal/Hazini as its messianic figure.

Well in Tolkien’s (obviously quasi-Shia theology) it was the 14 Valar who as emanations of Eru Iluvatar authored creation. They are Light. Melkor was the first emanation but not among the 14 Valar. I have a list of archetypes of people I meet. And this archetype is always AmeriKKKans…They are damned in never being able to be stable in anything. Always changing or evolving theologies. That Nathan Abookire is like this too. Years ago he was changing theologies like literally on a weekly basis. And admits despite it all he remains a passionate agnostic. Now this guy Nick Orzech is exactly the same. A hyper perennialist Sufi. Constantly demanding Muslims accept that no religion can be absolutely true and we must accept religion on perennialist terms. Thomas and I have talked about this, and how he has seen people like this all his life. About how we all see these people illustrate a deep seated need to tear down people’s cherished beliefs. Like a colonial impulse to educate us about what our religion truly is. And it is always a white European male who fits this archetype. Always changing or questioning standard theology and tradition. Always trying to eat it all, trying to have it all. Both the New Age and Perennialism [i.e. Traditionalism] are not more than leftwing and rightwing versions of the same thing. And guess which demographic consumes both? White women will be more new agey while white males will be more into perennialism [i.e. Traditionalism], possibly due to masculinity issues. But it is a civilization problem. Hence the stat that the average amerikkkan changes churches over 10 times in a lifetime. And this only reinforces Imam Sadiq’s (ع) demand that we should properly screen people before letting them in.

Protection of the Cause (pp. 15-16)
Although deepening the friends' understanding of the Covenant and increasing their love and loyalty to it are of paramount importance, the duties of the Auxiliary Board members for Protection do not end here. The Board members must remain ever vigilant, monitoring the actions of those who, driven by the promptings of ego, seek to sow the seeds of doubt in the minds of the friends and undermine the Faith. In general, whenever believers become aware of such problems, they should immediately contact whatever institution they feel moved to turn to, whether it be a Counsellor, an Auxiliary Board member, the National Spiritual Assembly or their own Local Assembly. It then becomes the duty of that institution to ensure that the report is fed into the correct channels and that all the other institutions affected are promptly informed. Not infrequently, the responsibility will fall on an Auxiliary Board member, in coordination with the Assembly concerned, to take some form of action in response to the situation. This involvement will include counselling the believer in question; warning him, if necessary, of the consequences of his actions; and bringing to the attention of the Counsellors the gravity of the situation, which may call for their intervention. Naturally, the Board member has to exert every effort to counteract the schemes and arrest the spread of the influence of those few who, despite attempts to guide them, eventually break the Covenant.

The need to protect the Faith from the attacks of its enemies may not be generally appreciated by the friends, particularly in places where attacks have been infrequent. However, it is certain that such opposition will increase, become concerted, and eventually universal. Because that is not the proper rules of procedure nor would I wish to do that if I wanted to move a potential civil case into a criminal court.
