Under existing anti-terror legislation in the US the following
statement by Mr Fateh constitutes blatant and explicit advocacy for
the undertaking of an illegal terrorist act, irrespective of who such
act is being directed against. That he then hides behind the Bahai
skirt as a cover is even more disturbing, since it then arguably
places the inspiration for such motives squarely on the shoulders of
the Haifan Bahai organization.

"Other than bombing the Parliment while in session and or bombing
Tehran University during a Friday prayer while Khamenie is speaking
and GohNejad is attending, bombing other parts of Iran is not a good
idea.

The bombing however MUST be done by patriotic Iranians and not a
foreign power. Remember, Akhoonds will not let go of power without
extreme force."

At least one person is brave enough to say terrorist mullahs and their
basiji thugs who have murdered Iranians in cold blood must be hanged/shot/
or bombed.

occupiers of Iran has the right to get rid of them motherfuckers from Iran
by any means.

Under Federal legislation passed by the United States Congress, it is
an illegal act punishable by imprisonment and heavy fines. That is
why.

That maybe so, and I don't necessarily disagree with it the sentiment
either. But this individual is then turning around being claimed as a
guest speaker speaking on the plight of Bahais in Iran.

Yet it is illegal to be advocating this position in the United States
per legislation passed during the Bush years.

Indeed.

But the legislation can be challenged regarding any terrorist regime like
islamic republic that murders and rapes its opposition in cold blood
using mentally sick thugs.

There are many sue happy attorneys in USA that are ready to challenge any
terrorist lover in the U.S. government.

As for Europe, EU, or UN go.
I say fuck'em

Then challenge it by getting your Congressman and Senator(s) to
propose a Bill in the current Congress repealing all anti-terrorism
legislation passed from 2001 to present including the USA Patriot and
Homeland Securities acts. As it stands right now, the provisions of
these laws makes it a criminal offense on a federal US level to be
advocating such actions against any entity.

Unless the US Congress specifically overturns this legislation,
nothing can be done in any court by any lawyer in the United States.
It is as simple as that. There have been a few attempted cases on
District and Federal Court levels, but all of them have failed. The
appelate courts are saying that unless Congress changes this material,
their hands are tied, and the US Supreme Court is not even interested
in taking any such cases.

Iran or not, that is the current legal situation in the United States.

Are the dime'o-dozen idiots like you crawling all over this site with
their Don Quixote windmills and self-contrived Kiani flags, and as
long as there are idiots like you representing themselves as some
example of a popular will, bokhor ash regarding your day of reckoning!
Hate-crime is hate-crime, and deliberately fanning and fomenting
sectarian hatred because you have an agenda of replacing one form of
religious tyranny with your own is just that. Period!
