I still think that I have been only partly successful. Let

I said last night that it was my final attempt but let me
reconfigure.

Though many have contributed to the calculations,
and everything had to be unanimously accepted
by my eight main deities including God,
God (the ruler of the region all/everything) alone will
turn on the effects that are not on yet.

God began turning on the effects of the m.s.h.c.p.
at 1:53 a.m. NDT (0423 UTC) June 25, 2021.

The subject line could be misinterpreted to mean that
God is obligated/required to do the final implementation.
But I didn’t mean that but that the final implementation
won’t get done unless God does it. And I have divined
that God will do (o perhaps has done or partly done) it.
