Now, one can deduct what mindset Baha'is have. Members of the Baha'i

healthcare system, the federal and state income tax system for more
than 20 years.
Iranians call this techniques= "ZERANGI". They sit at dinner table and
discuss who has has been the most "ZERANG"- in other words, who has
defrauded the country by the largest amount.
RIGHT NOW, Iranians Baha'is of Jewish decent are PROUD of the
achievement of their gypsy friend Dr. Berjis. Yes, according to his
own family, Dr. Berjis was very "ZERANG" when by all account he was
able to defraud the American economy for more than 20 years. This was
done with the FULL BLESSING of the members of the NATIONAL ASPIRITUAL
assembly of the BAHA'IS of USA, and the Universal House of justice--
in exchange for Dr. Berjis large contributions to Baha'i Funds, and
INCLUDING anti- Iranian TV propaganda.
The Baha'i Faith IS NOW caught off guard by the old technique used to
arrest AL CAPONE -- namely tax evasion.
Recall in my previous post how 10% of Iranian Jews became Baha'is?
Well, one of them is the Berjis clan. The Berjis are related to the
Amanat Family, and to the other tax cheater that was eluded to : Mr.
Rezvani (whose son Riaz works for Sunland in Australia).
LET THE AMERICAN JUSTICE PREVAIL- rather than the Baha'i injustice of
allowing prominent RESPECTED Baha'is to continue tax fraud for the
"good of the Faith".

Let the members of the NSA of USA discuss how they are going to save
their face in light of all this mess. In fact, in my previous post
about Dr. Berjis, Dr. Maneck tried to cover up for the fraud Dr.
Berjis had committed.
I realize how hard it is at this point for the Chairman of NATIONAL
ASPIRITUAL assembly of the BAHA'IS of USA-- Robert C. Henderson to
stop being "bed fellow" with Dr. Parviz Berjis. How is Robert
Henderson going to get out of this mess, when he has been FREQUENTLY
visiting Parviz Berjis whenever he has travelled to Los Angeles (to
thank Dr. Berjis for his large contributions)?
NSA Chairman Robert Henderson would HAVE known that money does NOT
grow on trees. Thus, Dr. Henderson MUST INVARIABLY HAVE KNOWN THAT Dr.
Berjis contributed fraudulently to the BAHA'I FUNDS- through tax
evasion.
Do the TRB posters think that the Chairman of NATIONAL ASPIRITUAL
assembly of the BAHA'IS of USA-- Robert C. Henderson SHOULD BE FORCED
BY FEDERAL COURT to refund the money to the Federal government?

1) I have known Dr. Parviz Berjis since he set foot in Los Angeles
over 20 years ago. He came to the US from poor origins in Iran. He
even abanndoned his own mother in Iran, and let his own mother die in
Iran in a nursing home under the paid care of the Islamic regime (see

2) The National Spiritual Assembly of the Baha'is of USA is VERY
quiet-- indeed. Dr. Parviz Berjis provided large sums of money
(defrauding the US government and Medicare-Medicaid called Medical in
CA-Auto insurances-Worker's comp insurances) to the NSA of USA. He is
a good friend of NSA Chairman and member- Robert C. Henderson and
Federal Court Judge Dorothy Nelson.
3) Yes, he lives in Brentwood- and close to his protege Dr. Homa
Mahmoudi. The latter- a Baha'i psychologist is responsible for
anti-Iranian propaganda TV-- fully paid by friend and neighbour Dr.
Parviz Berjis.
4) Dr. Berjis was too busy to defraud the US government- when the O.J.
Simpson trial was going on.
5) Dr. Parviz Berjis' wife died of cancer a few years ago. You would
think that with the loss of his wife, he would try to slow down and be
a bit more honest. Instead, he went on defrauding the US government
with a vengeance- leading to the current investigation.
6) Dr. Berjis has one daughter.
7) Dr. Berjis has a brother who his an ophthalmologist in Beverly
Hills. The latter hopefully would be investigated as well for
defrauding the US government as well.
8)He has extended family in Los Angeles. They claim that Dr. Berjis is
"very respected" by the Iranian community. Well- sort of-- Dr. Berjis
has paid radio and TV programs on Iranian TV (broadcast out of
California). He has people calling him from Iran, and claim to "love
him". Now, remember that this is PAID ADVERTISEMENT. So, yes-- he is
well known by his fellow Iranians. Now, he is considered "ZERANG".
That in Farsi is supposedly a great personal Character builder. It
means= smart to defraud and circumvent the federal system. Iranians
love to brag at dinner time about their "ZERANGI"- in other words

members have close connection to Dr. Berjis. Those members HAVE BEEN

other family members. They turned their cheeks the other way- in order
for Dr. Berjis to "donate" charitably his monies (defrauding the US
government) to the US NSA under the supervision of his own best
friends-- Dr. Robert C. Henderson - Juana Conrad- Treasurer Bill
Davis- Federal Court Judge Dorothy Nelson.
10) Dr. Berjis- being of Jewish background is related to other
"prominent" Iranian Baha'is of Jewish background including= Amanat,
Eschragi, Enayati, Rezvani, Maani, Danesh and others. For this reason,
there is a complete "BLACKOUT" by the National Spiritual Assembly of
the Baha'is of USA. Look at my previous posts regarding Dr. Berjis,
and you will realize the type of answers I received from trb Baha'is--
mostly to cover up the whole incident-

Baha'i member in good standing Dr. Parviz Berjis. I personally know of
Iranian Jews who have for years resented Dr. Berjis' continued

As to why this Iranian Baha'i decided to turn homosexual when he
turned age 50-- well it is a mystery-- except that he explained that
he had earned large amount of money- and wanted to have some fun (NOT
REALLY sure if he earned it the old fashion with sweat or the Baha'i
way similar to Dr. Berjis). The LSA -Local Spiritual Assembly of the
Baha'is of Los Angeles resolved not to sanction this middle age

In a note to my forthcoming book I explain some of these otherwise
insoluble tensions and conflicts in the baha'i cult, and why without
careful analysis it makes no sense to a casual observer. Basically
there is a pitched *class war* going on inside of baha'ism and has
been for a very, very long time. This class war also spills into areas
of race and race relations, but the foundation of it is all about
class and classes. Let me try to explain it. Generally speaking, the
prominent Iranian baha'is come from the very wealthy, upper middle
class elites. Their sole agenda is about maintaining their social and
economic privileges within the greater baha'i cult community and
because of their value system they are totally anti-intellectual.
Money is a greater value to them than knowledge or virtue, this is why
Baha'ism has been so politicized from the very beginning because all
these conflicts are, bottom line, about who controls the biggest share
of the pie. Everything else is secondary to this, and this alone.
Therefore money is god with these folks which is why you see such
ostentation in building projects, advertisings, etc. As such they
(these upper classes) maintain their positions by being the major
financial backbone and donors of the baha'i cult, and as the addage
goes whoever pulls the purse strings controls the show! But Baha'ism
is a complex Beast, so this Iranian elite sub-culture is only one of
the dominant ones competing with others for control. But it is
powerful. However, although these people are ethnically Iranian, these
elites have an inferiority complex regarding their Iranian heritage
and culture thus they try to become as white and Western (i.e.
Westoxicated) as they possibly can and those Iranians who are of a
class below them, i.e. petite bourgeois or working classes, whose
cultural temperaments are more culturally inclined more towards
traditional Iranian identity are naturally looked down upon by this
upper class as "peasants" and almost sub-human! I know this because
I've been part of this upper class and know their attitudes inside and
out. Now in this system patronage is absolutely everything. If so and
so knows so and so with money and influence who is willing to back
him, strings will be pulled, whatever x might be or has done (he could
rape someone and they would let him go, as nearly happened in the case
of that woman in Peru whose father was molesting and raping her for
years). So someone could be a late converted homosexual - or even a
pedophile (as Karim Ayadi was) - and even do the dirty in public, but
because of his connections with these upper class elite baha'is with
money, his chestnuts (no pun intended) will be saved from the fire of
the administrative thumpers. Evidence for this sort of hypocritical
dynamic in baha'ism can be found in the manner in which some of the
super-wealthy and prominent Iranian baha'is were treated by the AO
once the mullahs took that money away from them and they ended up
eating humble pie.
Under the Pahlavis Hozhabr Yazdani was Iran's version of John Gotti
and godfather to the Gambino crime family. He was a Baha'i and a very
prominent one too. During the peak of his corruption under the Pahlavi
regime, he was untouchable. In fact the AO in Haifa lauded his
activities from behind the scenes. But as soon as much of his money
and wealth was expropriated by the mullahs during the Revolution and
he ended up with barely a third of his wealth and in exile in Costa
Rica, the AO went after his hide with a fury and dumped him when he
did there what he had already been doing in Iran under the Shah with
the AO's full knowledge, i.e. rigging local elections! Habib Sabet, on
the other hand, they would not touch because he had been smart and
diversified his investments abroad, so when he left Iran only his
local investments and profits were taken by the mullahs. Holaku'i is
another example. Farhang Holaku'i - a sociologist by training and once
considered the most promising young baha'i intellectual and speaker in
Iran - was known for years for his corruption and his reputation as a
ladies man. This guy would pick up women at his talks (I have even
heard married woman) like there was no tomorrow. When his ESL
enterprise in LA collapsed in the early 80s - due to the fact that he
had borrowed privately from these same wealthy upper class Iranians -
only then did the AO move to sanction him. But while in Iran, the well
known fact that he was a seriel "adulterer" and was screwing
everything on two feet, did not bother the AO. Once he was weakened
when his financial gamble fell through, they struck! Now he is back
with his administrative rights and I even hear he is being actively
rehabilitated, despite the fact that his ESL venture can be construed
in any court of law as embezzlement of the first order. I know all
this stuff about Holaku'i because I ended up working at the ESL school
in LA and for the man who ended up picking up the pieces. This man,
after Holaku'i f*&^% up, went and interviewed every last person whom
Holaku'i had borrowed money from. What they told him, not just about
Holaku'i, would make your skin crawl and would make the most
sallacious French sex film look like a walk in the park. Now because
Holaku'i has his own talk-back show on LA Iranian TV and has become
prominent once more, the AO is actively rehabilitating him. Btw, not
one cent of the monies he embezzeled were every paid back so if the AO
chucked him out for financial corruption (as they claim), why is he
back again and being rehabilitated? Where's the money?!?!?!?!?!

I can only testify that it is brave of freethought to tell the people
the truth of the matter, as I too have witnessed. I can only testify
that when unsuspecting pioneers who have spent their lives trying to
live the ideal confront this ugly truth in the large subcultures where

To call people "covenant-breaker" by the Baha'i institutions such as
the Local Spiritual assemblies- National Spiritual assemblies-
Universal House of Justice in order to silence people trying to
uncover the truth about the Baha'i Faith- is TRULY A PURELY SLEAZY AND
HYPOCRITICAL way- for the baha'i Faith to reply to the truth SEEKER.
Those threats would have worked in the archaic countries of the Middle

Interesting. I had heard that poppies were grown to make laudenum which
was legal in those days and that the poppy trade paralleled the slave
trade making early believers rich as marketers and tradesmen. I guess
heroin and opium can't be ruled out.
I also heard that since Baha'u'llah forbade use of opium and hashish and
the trading in slaves the believers turned to other means of acquiring
wealth and the drug and slave trade petered out. Is this true? How was

Well I just think it strange that I never heard one peep in all my years
as a Baha'i anything on how the early believers acquired great wealth.
I just assumed it was through prayer and honest hard work, although I
knew in America such wealth was seldom acquired through legal means or
simply putting ones shoulder to the wheel.
Has anyone published this kind of interesting history on us? I should
think that once the skinny comes out there would be sighs of relief
everywhere. What do you Persian guys know that we haven't heard about?

there was more to hear than I was getting in those books I was reading,
but people acted like I was too innocent and naive to hear the really

Cal - Through all the stuff n' stuff over the years - strange though
it may be I have never 'hated' you - it even surprises me! You are
what you eat -- so I guess you are a sacred hamburger (in my mind's
eye you look funny on all fours however or on a bun). The state of
animality is someting to trascend in getting to know one's higher
SELF. If I see a charred broiled hamburger in the immortal oneness of

Dear Alivine - What you are saying is in absolute accord with the
metaphysical, astrological and spiritual prophecy for this time. That
is, that it will become blatanly obvious to all which
people/organizations are of 'evil' intent, and that past deeds of this
intent will also be unveiled. The acceleration of this unveiling is
happening at an increased rate and the lines of demaracation between
'good' and 'evil' is before us.
The bf PR people don't even deny that drug money was part of the early
funding because it was an accepted praxis in the culture of that time.
What will be of even more interest is where the 'funding' is coming
from presently. It sure ain't from the poor little communites sending
in their ten dollar notes. Didn't they even rationalize that the money
donated through people who promoted coke products (which was initially
filled with cocaine) was spiritualized when it came into their
pockets...yes they did.
I expect many of these bigbankbucks rollers (who come by their money
in questionable ways) who are funding the organization will pull their
bucks out as the evil intent of their leaders becomes more visible to
the public. I sure can think of a lot of financial machinations that I
have witnessed - especially when it comes to getting people to 'will'
their money to the pancake house (all the players get pay-offs for
securing the wills and processing them - including lower
institutions).
If ever real audits were done by governments the bf would be in debt
till the next century....unless of course the palaces on the hill,
investments, and properties in other lands could off-set it (not a bad
idea). No wonder the big bucks guys will want to pull out.
Keep the documenation before us as it is necessary to uncover all
manifestations of graft, if ever, the world is to get back on track.

The great wealth acquired by Iranian Baha'is in their homeland- COULD
NOT HAVE COME FROM HONEST DEALINGS.
Recall that Iran is classified as a third world country- with oil
being its largest money maker. Baha'is in Iran- particularly of Jewish
background- seized the control of the wealth, and infiltrated the
government of the Shah of Iran. In fact, Nima produced a letter from
the Baha'i institutions asking Mr. Sabet to provide a gift for the
Shah of Iran- when he was exiled.
The US Government has on NUMEROUS OCCASIONS questioned the motives of
baha'is- when they call upon the world to assist in their religious
persecution in IRAN.
Jessie Helms even went as far as suggesting that all the animonsities
between muslims and baha'is- were related to the huge wealth that
baha'is had accumulated by DEFRAUDING THE MUSLIMS. Needless to say,
Firuz Kazemzadeh had dinner with Senator Jessie Helms in order to
"bribe" him and stop him from making those TRUE REMARKS.
For a period of time, in the late 1990's, the US government even
reversed its stance on baha'is coming from Iran as religious refugees.
Instead, the Iranian Baha'is were classified as entering the US for
ECONOMIC REASONS. Therefore, These Iranian Baha'is would not be
allowed to enter the US as refugees.
To make matters worse, the Iranian refugees in Pakistan and Turkey
were repatriated to Iran by the United Nations- as the UN had
determined that Baha'is WERE NOT FEARING FOR THEIR LIVES IN IRAN.
To make matters worse, many wealthy Iranian Baha'is- including those
of Jewish Background have REGULARLY TAKEN TRIPS TO IRAN in the 80's,
90's, and this 21th century. A baha'i family from New York has even
returned back to Iran, while their son (who failed his medical school
admission) picks up their WELFARE CHECKS, and uses the cash while the
family remains in Iran.
The Rezvani family in Los Angeles is involved in welfare fraud- while
their son Riaz Rezvani works in Australia as residential housing
manager for the powerfully wealthy SUNLAND GROUP. Interestingly
enough, Riaz parents moved from Germany to the USA where the father
claimed to have been a PHARMACIST. Now, Mr. Rezvani's son-in-law Bijan
Akhavan (an accountant) helped the parents move to the USA and assist
them in defrauding the California Welfare system.
All these above named Baha'is in good standing REVEL in their ability
to defraud the US government- called in Farsi "ZERANGI". These Baha'is
are incidentally of Jewish background- and in many ways CLOSELY
RELATED to Dr. Parviz Berjis- who as you recall COMMITTED THE LARGEST
INSURANCE FRAUD IN THE HISTORY OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY, AND HAS JUST
BEEN INDICTED FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST INVIDUAL TAX EVASION RECORDED BY
A PHYSICIAN- a total of over $18,000,000.00 of income NOT REPORTED!!!!
These are the Baha'is that the Universal house of justice, and the
National Spiritual Assemblies keep on their side- defraud the HOST
GOVERNMENT, claim religious persecution on A GRAND SCALE (200 Baha'is
killed in 25 years in Iran versus 300,000 Bosnian Muslim killed in 3
years of genocide), and then heavily bribe those senators and
representatives to take the baha'i side- and bash muslims out of
existence.
