Yesterday, Obama announced a troop increase in Afghanistan. This is
not protecting the USA when you have rogue building of nuclear weapons
in Iran, North Korea. Troop surge in Afghanistan is "nation building"
where the USA loses vital time and resources chasing after peanuts.

Recent history even shows this nation-building is the folly of a
superpower for it was soon after USSR was
defeated in Afghanistan in the late 20th century that the USSR empire
collapsed of economic woes.

The USA is not protecting against terrorism by staying
in Afghanistan because that is simply false since Iran
and North Korea are building nuclear weapons.

So what the USA should have done and announced on December 1, was that
all troops will be removed out of
Afghanistan. The USA simply does not have the time,
money or military to babysit a country that never had a
political system in its entire history, and the USA cannot afford that
time and treasure to build-a-Afghan
nation.

The USA should immediately pull out of Afghanistan except leaving
those drone airplanes to knock out terrorist activity.

And with the withdrawal, simultaneously initiate and build a coliation
called the MAD FLEET that has the purpose of patrolling all the
countries of the world and to invade a country and regime change it if
they are
threatening with nuclear weapons, such as Iran and
North Korea.

And if Afghanistan continues its old ways of terrorism,
the MAD FLEET can every so often simply invade and
remove whatever political threats are there.

If the MAD FLEET model had been in place by 2001, then it would have
invaded Afghanistan in 2002, removed the Taliban and vacated the MAD
FLEET itself, leaving the Afghans to build their own nation, rather
than have USA babysit and waste the treasure and time of the USA.

If the USA continues this folly of "nation building" when it has far
larger priorities will only cause the decline of the USA to where
China becomes the only superpower.

You see, after World War Two, the world has been asleep as to the
proper organization
of militaries and military conflicts that occurred after WW2. The
world has been in a
Illogical Disarray if I can coin a phrase that describes the world's
military forces with
the problems that arose after WW2.

This is probably the first time in human history where a scientist is
going to describe the
proper political organization with the military organizations around
the world.

WW2 is the cutoff line where the military entities no longer were in
step with political-economic reality of the world of human society.
What causes WW2 as the cutoff
is the fact of weapons of mass destruction of nuclear weapons. With
WW2 we could
afford (the Allies per se) to nation-build Europe once it was defeated
of the Axis powers
such as Germany and Japan, and in fact it behooved the West to build
up Germany
and Japan to face the newest world threat of Communist USSR. So nation-
building was
to the advantage of the Western Allies, but mistakenly, the Western
Allies then used
that very same template or mold or cookie-cutter action on all the
other conflicts after
WW2 such as Korea, Vietnam, Iraq war of 2003, and Afghanistan.

So we fought Iraq war of 2003 and Afghanistan war of 2001 as if we
were fighting a
WW2 all over again by sending in an army and hoping that other
countries would
join in. And that we end up spending 100 billion dollars each year in
Afghanistan with
a troop force of nearly 100,000 USA soldiers chasing after thugs who
plant roadside
bombs each and every night.

So what went wrong from WW2 of 1945 all the way up to 2009? What went
wrong was
that no political leader saw that the world had changed as far as how
military works or
how military is needed in this new world where we have nuclear
weapons.

What should have happened is that by 1960, a new world organization
should have come
into existence and I call it the MAD FLEET (short for mutual assured
destruction).

The world needed and sorely needs now a MAD FLEET. So that the world
no longer has
the USA running into every delapidated country of a "police action
against bands of terrorists"
by sending in the full weight of the USA military and having to nation
build a country
from its primitive past.

So that if a MAD FLEET had been initiated and assembled in the 1960s
where the USA would
be the major contributor of the Fleet whose mission is to see to it
that no nuclear infractions
occurr around the world and this means also terrorism bands hiding in
countries. So that the MAD FLEET would have invaded Afghanistan in
year 2001 hunting down the terrorists and never any responsibility of
spending 100 billion each year where the terrorists and Taliban just
replant another land mine the next night.

The USA needs no military in Afghanistan but needs a police action
executed by a MAD FLEET. So if the Taliban were to come into power
again in Afghanistan then the MAD FLEET
band of commandoes goes in and regime changes and then quickly exits
as fast as it entered
to do the regime change.

Ditto for the Iraq war of 2003 which would have been another entrance
of the MAD FLEET commandoes to regime change and then exit by 2003 or
2004.

So you can see that MAD FLEET is a international police force, not a
old-WW2-army
chasing after a few bad guys.

So if the MAD FLEET had existed by 1960s, the Vietnam conflict would
have been altogether different same as the Iraq War of 2003 and the
Afghanistan War of 2001. The Iraq and Afghan
invasions would not have been wars but police-actions.

And if the MAD FLEET had existed by 1960, it probably would have
invaded Zimbabwe
sometime in the 2000s decade and regime changed Mugabe. And probably
invaded
North Korea in the 2000s decade and regime changed its dictator.

And the MAD FLEET would probably be poised and ready to invade Iran
and regime change it.

And Iran getting nuclear weapons and North Korea having nuclear
weapons is really the
"big deal" or the "big show" of the moment. And the USA army and
military behaving as if
we are back in World War Two era of behaviour is the reason the USA is
so very much
in trouble military wise, economic wise, and politically wise.

I bet the Chinese and Russians laugh every night when the hear the
news from Afghanistan
and Iraq and Iran and North Korea, whilst in the USA there is nothing
but sobbing every
evening news.

Noone could tell George Bush any of the above rational commonsense,
but there is hope
that a MAD FLEET would catch the eye of B. Obama and that the Afghan
War was never a war in the first place but a police action and that
the initiation of a MAD FLEET is what is needed, not another 30,000
troops. About the only thing that makes sense in both Afghanistan
and Iraq are those drone planes. So leave them behind and those drone
planes are an
essential ingredient in a MAD FLEET.

The Fleet will be composed of all contributing countries such as
Britain, Germany, France,
Italy, Japan, Australia, Canada, etc etc. It is a international
organization whose goal is the
guarantee that no nuclear weapons are detonated. And thus its
collateral duty is to make sure
no terrorist group gets a hold of nuclear weapons. And it free's up
the world of dictators who
play with nuclear weapons such as North Korea and Iran and regime
changes them.

So the MAD FLEET will be a future incentive for no country to want to
start building nuclear weapons and for those that do have nuclear
weapons to dismantle them rather than face
being regime changed.

Because the world does not have a MAD FLEET organization then the
world only gives
positive incentive for rogue countries like North Korea and Iran to
build nuclear weapons.
And the longer that the world has positive incentives and no negative
incentives then
rogue countries like Zimbabwe or Sudan or you name it, will be
building nuclear weapons
just because there is only positive rewards with no downside risks.
