Putin is in the fifth year of his second six-year term as President, 7 May 2012 –
7 May 2018 - 7 May 2024. Putin was Prime Minister of Russia, from 7 May 2008 - 7
May 2012, while Dmitry Medvedev was President. Before Medvedev, Putin served
eight years, of two four-year terms, as President, from 7 May 2000 – 7 May 2008.
Before that, Boris Yeltsin was President for eight years, 10 July 1991 – 31
December 1999. This is not against the Russian Constitution.

Joe Biden's going to stand up to Putin? Why and how, it's the entire fucking
Russian government. Joe Biden's going to install a Puppet? Putin's friends with
Obama and Trump. He's not Hitler.
