The highly paid racist senator is implying that because white people are moving into predominantly 'black areas' (why they are I couldn't tell you) the result is that black stores that sell the food that only 'blacks eat' and presumably other 'blacks only' products are in danger.
If a white senator said a similar comment all hell would break loose, believe me! MSNBC would have a field day!
