Mel Mermelstein, the IHR, the $50,000 reward, and the law suit

I've read a number of posts which give false information about the
Mermelstein case. First, the reward offer that I posted is a different
one than that which the Institute for Historical Review offered.
Secondly, Mel Mermelstein did NOT provide any proof that Jews were gassed
at Auschwitz to cash in on that reward! Instead, "Holocaust" survivor
Mel Mermelstein sued the Institute for $17 million, claiming that the
reward offer caused him to lose sleep, caused his business to suffer, and
represented "injurious denial of established fact". The "court finding"
that the "Holocaust happened" was not a finding at all, but rather a
reiteration of the so-called "established facts" -- those very facts
which supposedly exist, yet are not allowed to be questioned, and were
NOT submitted as a claim on the IHR's $50,000 reward.

Fine. Please provide details of who is offering the reward, so it
may be pursued legitimately.

He provided photographs, concentration camp uniforms, and personal
eyewitness testimony....but he's a Jew, so he's lying, huh?

Well, I've lost sleep over this reward, too. I might just follow suit
(pun intended). Since there's a precedent, be prepared to pay up.

Actually, much evidence on the Holocaust was brought into the court on this
case. I'm not quite sure what your problem is, Ralph - you are very fixated
on this 'issue'. The Holocaust is a known Historical fact. he only ones who
dispute it do so with as much evidence as the Flat Earth Society brings forth
in it's claims. My question is, why do you insist on being so fixated ? You
quite obviously hate Jewish people - why, I don't know. Why don't you just
tell us why you insist on going on like this. "bringing out the truth" has
nothing at all to do with this - hatred has an awful lot to do with it. Like
so many many other misinformed miasnthropes in history you spew vile and
hateful accusations out about Jews - denying the Holocaust, claiming that
Jews control the media, claiming that Jews control everything. Tell me
something, Ralph - if Jews control so much, why are thry now (and why have they
historically been) so persecuted ? If they truly controlled us all, wouldn't
the persecuters all be eliminated ? here seems to be no evil that you are
not willing to ascribe to Jews - get a life Ralph, find a real job and buy
yourself some history texts. I'd suggest that you read about the sad history
of Jewish suffering in Eastern and Central Europe over the last 1500 years.
t's not something that makes me proud - it sickens me. Try perusing
Barbara Tuchman's landmark history of the Middle Ages "A Distant Mirror".
While this book focuses on the history of the Middle ages as a whole, she
points out the many instances of persecution against Jews during that time
throughout Europe. She was (I believe that she is deceased now) one of THE
most respected historians of this period in Western history. Are you going to
claim that her writings are bunk as well ?

BTW, I've noticed that you have NEVER responded to any of my postings. A few
weeks ago I posted a point by point rebuttal of your "66 Questions" post. It
seems that you are like most cowards - you make a broad splash of lies and then
refuse to answer rebuttals.

Ya, I've noticed that he very rarely answers posts, but rather makes a
general post.. He never argues any of the points people make against
him... maybe it's because he can't provide proof to back him up
against each point?
