The underpants "taint" bomber might get a plea agreement!

Asked why Abdulmutallab should cooperate given his right, as criminal
defendant, to remain silent, Brennan, Deputy National Security
Advisor, replied: "He doesn't have to but he knows there are certain
things that are on the table... if he wants to engage with us in a
productive manner, there are ways he can do that. ... In terms of plea
agreements, we're gonna pursue that." - John Brennan

Plea agreement?

He'll be offered 50 years instead of 100 years.

The information they get, if any, will be tested as to validity.

No torturing necessary.

No need for America to compromise its principles.

The underwear bomber has become a security asset!

John Brennan is one smart guy. We're lucky to have him

Why not? I mean after all Obama has filled his administration with
radicals,extremists,tax evaders,America haters,marxists,anti-
capitalists,Maoists,marxists,community organisers and racists. What
harm can one more America hating extremist do??

I know that RRRs slow.

I'll try to explain using simple words.

He will be thoroughly questioned to extract any information he has.

He will be indicted in federal court.

He will be tried in our justice system

He will be convicted.

He will be sentenced to a long term in jail.

He will then be sent to join the Reid, the shoe bomber, and Mousawi(sp) in a
Federal maximum security prison.

Any other dumb questions?

By the way.....Obama will speak on the subject at 4PM today.

He is going to get a minimum of life in prison, without any
chance of parole. Probably in solitary confinement in that
super-super-max facility in Colorado where the Unibomber and the
Shoebomber live.

Another option is execution.

My guess is that, "certain things on the table," is a euphemism
for threatening to torture him. Done either by US personal, or
outsource to another country.

The negotiation is, "You can talk here in a courtroom, or we send
you to a hellhole prison in Egypt, and you can talk there."

A major issue is that, the people who recruited him already
anticipated that possibility. So, as with the Shoebomber, they
choose a guy who wasn't too bright, and set things up so that he
doesn't even know any useful information.

And what might that actionable intelligence be? He doesn't like pork
chops??? You defenders of Obama are a joke. This guy almost kills 300
people and you are acting like it is a victory for the current
administration. Tell that to the 300 people on the plane or all those
trying to fly now that they realize how many holes were in the system.
You know, the system that worked properly!!
