Bob Officer, IMHO, is one of the biggest bozos that I have come across
in a long time.

It wont be long before I will be posting my blood tests online. It
will be sometime in July, when I got 2 years under my belt backed up
by blood tests.

I am seriously thinking of continuing to use myself as a guinea pig to
demonstrate that "D" is safe with a large comfortable margin of error.

Fool hardy I am sure in your eyes. But, I have developed this
avocation of trying to put ALL the Conventional Medical Quacks out of
business. :)

Remember that Steve Jobs' money could NOT save him, but 40 to 50,000
IU a day of Vitamin D-3 probably would have done the trick. That
fool, after all, had 9 months that Steve could have used to have
recovered from YOUR Conventional Quackery.

By the way Moron, the maximum safe dosage of Vitamin D was determined
by Science to be 10,000 IU a day, a very long time ago. I do NOT take
10,000 IU a day. I never have. Last winter, I took 5,000 IU nine
times a week. YOU can do the math. This spring I have dropped it
down to just eight times a week.

The true safe dosage of vitamin D-3 for a NORMAL adult, NOT on
prescription medication, who weighs 150 pounds, 68 kilograms, or 11
stone is probably closer to 30,000 IU.

5,000 IU of Vitamin D-3 is about one-third the size of the typical
green pea. Considering the size of the typical adult, 60% of which
have been statically shown to be overweight, a 5,000 IU pill of "D-3"
is a laughably small dosage considering the monumental size of its
task.
