Ignorant, gun-grabbing cunt Kamala Harris is proving to be the
incompetent moron everyone knew her to be, but many Americans voted
for because she is [allegedly] a woman and isn't white.

Top Biden officials are circling the wagons around Harris' operation
as internal discord boils over.

When Biden finally gets shipped off to the memory unit, can Harris
handle it?

Democrats concerned Harris couldn't beat a GOP nominee, even if Trump:
report

Democrats, including some Biden administration officials, are
reportedly so concerned about Vice President Kamala Harris’ missteps
that they don’t believe she could beat a Republican in 2024 if she
were to be the nominee — even if her opponent was former President
Trump.

Democrats close to the White House told Axios they’re concerned about
Harris’ mishandling of politically sensitive issues and "political
tone deafness," the outlet reported Friday.

The vice president was widely panned by the right for her monthslong
refusal to visit the southern border after she was designated to run
point on the migrant surge.

Which of them is the senile one again?

I have two words for you, Dan Quayle.

Better known as a living breathing
bullet proof vest for Pres Bush.

Besides she won't have to run, she'll
be finishing Biden's second term
most likely.

Dan Quayle is no longer VP. That was, um, what, 1993?

Twenty-eight yeas ago?

Are you trying to claim that Harris is channeling Qualye?

That she gave him a blow job to get where she is now, and that's why
she's in over her head?

That was pretty pathetic even for you.

These new laws stoping niggers from voting will ensure that the niggers don't

As usual, Hollowman leaves out the context:

"Though Donald Trump has a history of derisive comments about Harris
since taking office, political contribution data, reviewed by USA
TODAY on the California Secretary of State website show he gave $5,000
to Harris during her first bid for attorney general in 2011 and $1,000
in 2013 during her reelection. Ivanka Trump contributed $2,000 in 2014
for Harris' reelection campaign." from USA Today.

Maybe Mitchell can provide a reason.

It's pretty bad when someone isn't competent to do a job that has one official duty, presiding over the Senate, which in most cases the Veep never actually does. Harris could fuck up a one car funeral.

A former legislative employee for California Sen. Bob Archuleta is
suing him and the state Senate, alleging she experienced workplace
discrimination and retaliation after she refused the lawmaker’s
romantic gestures while working in his district office.

The complaint, filed Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court,
outlines incidents in which she alleges Archuleta made inappropriate
comments about her breasts, detailed affairs he had and publicly
reprimanded and embarrassed her. She is referred to as “Jane Doe” in
the lawsuit.

The lawsuit alleges that the former legislative employee experienced
retaliation and ultimately had “no choice but to resign because of
her intolerable working environment” after she raised complaints of
sexual harassment to a superior.

A prominent Democratic congressional candidate quit the 2018 race
after journalists unearthed a former subordinate’s claim of sexual
harassment.

The candidate is a woman, Andrea Ramsey, and the alleged victim is a
man who said she fired him for refusing her sexual advances more
than a decade ago.

Ramsey appears to be the first prominent woman accused of wrongdoing
in the “Me Too” era, which ignited after prominent Hollywood
actresses accused movie mogul Harvey Weinstein of sexual assault and
abuse.

The Kansas City Star reported that the employee, Gary Funkhouser,
alleged Ramsey had made “unwelcome and inappropriate sexual comments
and innuendos” toward him. In a complaint to the federal Equal
Employment Opportunity Commission, he said “after I told her I was
not interested in having a sexual relationship with her, she stopped
talking to me,” and later fired him.

Jacob, 44, is being held without bail at Sonoma County Main Adult

The charges include sex with a minor and transporting a minor for
the purposes of having sex with them, distribution of child

A Republican state lawmaker says she was subjected to sexual
harassment and pressured to engage in a “quid-pro-quo” arrangement
via text message by longtime state Rep. Brad Witt, D-Clatskanie.

State Rep. Vikki Breese Iverson, R-Prineville, outlined those
allegations Monday in a letter sent to House Speaker Tina Kotek, a
Democrat. Breese Iverson has asked that Kotek remove Witt from each
of the three legislative committees she and he both serve on.

“The fact Representative Witt chose to sexually harass me leaves us
no room for any future ability to have real discussions regarding
committee business or other House Floor business,” Breese Iverson
wrote. “The quid-pro-quo he texted me is an inexcusable abuse of his
power. Experiencing this sexual harassment is something I should not
have to be exposed to or accept as a course of business, especially
in today’s Capitol culture.”

An Oregon lawmaker considered a "rising star" in Democratic circles
announced Sunday that he will resign from the legislature following
accusations from multiple women that he created a hostile workplace.

State representative Diego Hernandez, a Portland Democrat, made the
announcement days before a vote that would have made him the first
Oregon legislator expelled by his colleagues. A bipartisan 4-0
committee voted to recommend his expulsion from the legislature
earlier this month over accusations that he sexually harassed three
women who work in the Capitol.

The Oregon legislature has never expelled a member before, but the
18 allegations against Hernandez, including that he threatened to
undermine the careers of two women if they did not enter into
relationships with him, were likely viewed as sufficient to remove
the recently reelected Democrat.

A former leading state senator and prominent Nashville Democrat has
been indicted on one felony count of sexual battery.

Joe M. Haynes is accused of sexually touching a woman without her
consent, according to an indictment filed Monday in Nashville court.

The indictment states Haynes, who is an attorney, "did intentionally
engage in unlawful sexual contact" with a 49-year-old woman in July.
The woman did not consent to the contact, according to the
indictment.

“The woman reported that she had retained Haynes to represent her in
legal matters related to the estate of her recently deceased mother.
She reported that on July 25, 2016, during a visit to the property
of her mother, Haynes attempted to French kiss her" and grabbed the
woman's buttocks, said Metro Nashville Police Department spokesman
Don Aaron.

The President of the Mercer County Corrections PBA 167 and former
candidate for Hamilton Township Council in 2015 has been arrested
and charged with sexually assaulting a woman in a Trenton park.

Donald J. Ryland, of Hamilton, was arrested Sunday afternoon after
the woman spotted him in the city and flagged down a police sergeant
working a street crimes detail. He was arrested a short time later
on Adeline Street.

He is a 22-year employee of Mercer County Corrections where he
currently serves as the President of the Corrections Officers in
PBA 167. He was suspended without pay Monday afternoon, a Mercer
County spokeswoman said.

The Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office and Trenton police allege he
assaulted a woman in Cadwalader Park, in the West Ward, on Oct. 6.

The woman said she got into Ryland’s vehicle across town, in the
South Broad Street area, and he drove to the park. The woman got out
of the vehicle and moments later she saw him running toward her,
authorities said in a statement.

Ryland knocked the woman to the ground and sexually assaulted her,
the prosecutor’s office said. The woman then ran to a park security
gate, where she found refuge with two security officers.

The Republican Governors Association pounced on Gov. Michelle Lujan
Grisham on Tuesday following revelations of a settlement of at least
$62,500 with a former campaign staffer who accused the first-term
Democrat of grabbing his genitals.

The association, which already has put a target on the governor’s
back as she seeks a second term in office, dubbed the settlement “a
$62,500 crotch grab.”

“After years of vehement denial, Governor Lujan Grisham’s now
revealed sexual harassment settlement certainly raises questions of
why she tried to discredit her alleged victim,” association
spokesman Will Reinert wrote in an email. “Where there is smoke
there is usually fire, and Lujan Grisham just wrote a check for
$62,500 worth of kindling.”

Actually, a series of checks.

According to campaign finance reports filed Monday with the
Secretary of State’s Office, the governor’s campaign, New Mexicans
for Michelle, made five monthly payments of $12,500 each between
November and March to Buckley Beale LLP, an Atlanta-based law firm
representing James Hallinan, who served as Lujan Grisham’s
communications director during her candidacy for governor.

MINDEN — Voters on Tuesday re-elected convicted and imprisoned sex
offender Thomas Yager to the Town Board. He resigned from that
office in July after he was charged with sexually abusing a child on
a Fort Plain bus while working as an aide. Still, his name appeared
on the ballot.

What happens next is “complicated,” according to John Conklin,
director of public information for the state’s Board of Elections.

“Conviction is not necessarily a bar to (the) office unless the
individual is in office when convicted,” Conklin said. “It’s really
the fact that he can’t meet the qualifications for the office.”

Over the summer, the town tried to figure out whether or not Yager
could be removed from the ballot when Supervisor Cheryl Reese
reportedly reached out to the Montgomery County Board of Elections,
said Democratic Commissioner Terry Bieniek.

But the state notified county officials in late August that they
could not remove Yager’s name from the ballot while felony charges
of first-degree sexual abuse were still unresolved in both
Montgomery and Fulton Counties.

The Nebraska Democratic Party has withdrawn its support for its
Senate candidate, Chris Janicek, after he made sexually explicit
comments about one of his campaign staff members in a group text
that included her.

The party said in a statement on Tuesday that it had received a copy
of the text messages last week, and that party leaders had met with
Mr. Janicek on Thursday and urged him to drop out of the race.

On Monday, Mr. Janicek refused to do so, and the party’s executive
committee voted unanimously to withdraw its support and resources
from his campaign.

Gov. Kate Brown added her voice to those calling on Oregon
legislative candidate Democrat Nathan Boddie to withdraw from the
state House race after he was accused of sexually harassing a woman
at a bar and responded to the allegations by attacking the woman’s
character.

More recently, a woman accused Boddie of groping her at a bar.
Deschutes County District Attorney John Hummel said Monday he
supported Boddie after the first round of allegations. But Hummel
said he’s changed his mind after Moey Newbold shared her story of
sexual harassment with OPB.

“I know Moey Newbold and find her to be credible and ethical. She
does not seek financial gain as a result of her allegation nor is
she in Boddie’s opponent’s camp,” Hummel said in a statement.
“Rather, by making this allegation, she subjected herself to
embarrassment and unwanted attention. I believe Moey Newbold.”

OLYMPIA, WA - Former state representative Brendan Williams has been

including a member of the Olympia City Council, according to a new
Associated Press report. Williams, who is now CEO of the New
Hampshire Health Care Association, told the AP he has never engaged
in workplace harassment.

On Tuesday, the Northwest News Network and The Tacoma News Tribune
reported that multiple women had suffered sexual harassment while
working at the state capitol. Williams commented on that story on
Facebook, the AP reported, supporting the women who came forward.

According to Anaya’s letter, her first concerning encounter with
Ivey-Soto was in 2015 when Anaya worked for then-congresswoman and
current Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham. Anaya wrote that she and Ivey-
Soto were separately attending a reception hosted by the National
Education Association. When she and Ivey-Soto were alone at a
cocktail table, Anaya said, Ivey-Soto allegedly “slid [his] hand
across [her] side and disgustingly groped and pinched [her]
buttocks.”

“I did not know what to do or what to say – I just hoped that it
would not happen again,” she wrote.

Then, Anaya wrote, towards the beginning of the legislative session
in January 2022, she and Ivey-Soto met to discuss a voting rights
bill that Anaya was lobbying to pass. She alleges that Ivey-Soto was
drinking wine and then pushed her to drink more than she was
comfortable with. During that conversation, Anaya wrote, she
confronted Ivey-Soto about the groping incident six years prior. She
wrote that he acknowledged the incident, but stopped short of
accepting responsibility.

“You were drinking throughout our conversation,” Anaya wrote. “When
you emptied a bottle of wine into my glass and I said it was too
much, you told me it was not too much, and then forcefully told me
to drink it. When I left, you asked if you could give me a ‘non-
creepy hug’. I quickly left your office.”

The Assembly's top Democrats are urging one of their members to step
down on the heels of an investigation that found he verbally
sexually harassed a legislative employee.

Gruszynski didn't address Hintz's comments but apologized for his
own actions during the incident -- which he said happened in October
"after drinking too much in a Madison bar" -- and said he's been
attending counselling and "working on my continued sobriety" in the
weeks since.

The 20-year-old who admitted to circulating revenge porn and other
abuse of young girls online will represent Kansas’ 37th District in
the state House of Representatives.

Aaron Coleman ran unopposed to represent part of Kansas City,
Kansas, in the state legislature.

Coleman, then 19, defeated seven-term incumbent Stan Frownfelter by
just 14 votes in the primary election.

The race became the subject of controversy as the Kansas Democratic
Party deemed Coleman “unfit” for office due to his "alarming
behavior."

Windsor Mayor Dominic Foppoli has been accused of sexual assault by
six women since the San Francisco Chronicle first reported
allegations Thursday.

Seven women have joined in a lawsuit accusing former Windsor Mayor
Dominic Foppoli of sexual assault and alleging his Healdsburg winery
and a local service club facilitated his misconduct.

The 30-page complaint, filed Monday in Sonoma County Superior Court,
claimed Foppoli used his “power, connections and alcohol to prey
upon dozens of women in Sonoma County.”

“We have patiently waited for some measure of justice from the
criminal justice system, which has continued to be delayed, all
while we have continued to suffer the emotional toll of Dominic
Foppoli’s crimes against us. He has continued to live his life
normally, while we have continued to process what he did to us and
others,” the women said in a joint statement Tuesday.

A former Democratic state lawmaker from Vancouver who resigned
abruptly in 2011 did so following allegations of sexual misconduct,
according to a top legislator.

In March 2011, former state Rep. Jim Jacks was accused of acting
“inappropriately” toward a female legislative staffer at a bar, said
House Majority Leader Pat Sullivan, a Covington Democrat, in a
statement Wednesday.

Roughly a week after allegations arose from the night at the bar,
“leadership determined that Jacks’ conduct was serious enough to
warrant his resignation,” Sullivan said.

Washington’s campaign has been dogged by an allegation of sexual
assault that dates back to January of 2016. And while the charge
against him was dropped and expunged from his record – the alleged
victim (who refers to herself as “Brittani”) has launched a website
detailing her experiences.

Brittani – who worked alongside Washington on the 2016 campaign of
U.S. senator Bernie Sanders – has posted at least one video to
social media related to the allegations. In that clip, she
identified Washington as her alleged rapist, described the incident
further and accused prosecutors in the South Carolina Lowcountry of
mishandling the case.

Rebecca Burgin, a long-time girlfriend of former North Carolina
Democratic Party executive director Jay Parmley, told The Daily
Caller that she believes Parmley infected her with HIV. Parmley
resigned on April 15 amid sexual harassment allegations from a
former young male staffer.

On April 13, TheDC first exposed allegations, leveled in December by
former North Carolina Democratic Party communications staffer
Adriadn Ortega, that Parmley showed him a picture of a penis, gave
him unwanted shoulder rubs and made apparent sexual advances toward
him. Ortega also alleged that Parmley discussed with him in detail
his past sexual activity, including “solicit[ing] sex from gay
websites.”

Parmley’s ex-girlfriend Rebecca Burgin told TheDC that Parmley
forever changed her life by making her HIV-positive. She’s worried,
she said, that Parmley may have done to someone else what he did to
her.

A leading Democratic legislator in New Hampshire was arrested on
Thursday on charges of domestic violence and assault.

The legislator, Jeff Woodburn, is the minority leader in the State
Senate. He is up for re-election this fall, but officials on both
sides of the aisle called for him to resign shortly after his
arrest.

Mr. Woodburn is accused of assaulting a woman by throwing a cup of
water at her, striking her in the stomach and biting her hand and
forearm, according to a news release from Gordon J. MacDonald, the
state’s attorney general. Mr. Woodburn is also accused of entering
the woman’s residence and damaging her property, and was charged
with criminal mischief and criminal trespassing. The news release
described the woman as an “intimate partner.”

According to a report published in Monday’s House journal, the House
Ethics Committee spent months investigating the complaint against
Rep. DaRon McGee, the No. 2 Democrat in the chamber, and ultimately
found it credible.

Through a subpoena, the committee received a series of text messages
between McGee and the employee in 2017 and 2018 and determined
several of McGee’s messages were “flirtatious in nature” and “gave
the appearance of (McGee) attempting to establish an amorous
relationship with the Employee,” which would be against House
policy.

The committee also found the attempts were not welcomed by the
employee and that McGee later took action that resulted in the
employee leaving their job. It is not clear whether the employee was
fired or quit.

The South Dakota Senate on Wednesday censured Dan Sutton, a Democrat
from Flandreau, who admitted sharing a bed with a former legislative
page last winter.

The 32-2 vote came after three days of hearings before a special
disciplinary committee last week — and right after a vote to expel
him failed.

In separate testimony, Sutton and the former page, now 19, had told
the panel they slept in the same bed in a Fort Pierre motel for two
nights early last February.

Sutton, 36, was accused of sexually groping the young man last year
while the two shared a room at the start of the youth's weeklong
stint in the Legislature. The South Dakota attorney general and
other law enforcement agents investigated the allegations and made
no arrests. But the Senate committee accused Sutton of sexual
misconduct.

Austin Wiese, now 19, testified that Sutton, a longtime personal and
family friend, touched his genitals through his shorts as the two
slept in a king-size bed.

Attorney’s office, according to media reports.

Rodriguez-Kennedy, who was previously president of the California
Young Democrats, was elected party chair in 2019.
