Being from a state destroyed by trial lawyers, it is the insurance companies
who are telling you that CCW is wrong. These placed cannot and will not get
their insurance renewed if they allow CCW. Tell you insurance company you
allow people to carry guns in your store and see what your premiums are,
that is if they do not cancel your policy. The anti-gun movement at its
core is driven by insurance companies and trial lawyers, this whole bullshit
about children and safety is just that bullshit. Millions of moms will not
try to ban guns to save insurance companies money so they hide it behind
"the children"

Funny, it doesn't work that way here in Florida.

I'm having a problem understanding why you would tell your insuror
that you are "allowing" people to engage in legal behavior in your
place of business.

This will be fun...... I don't know of a single place that has lost its
insurance coverage for not posting a "No Firearms" sign.

This is such bull. I would like to see you actually produce some
evidence rather than just spouting a half-baked theory.

Nor I. We've had shall-issue here since 1987.

All he has to do is post a copy of a letter from an insurance company to an
insured party stating what he claimed. All posting a "no guns" sign gets you
around here is complaints and a reduction in business. Okay, except for bars and
hospitals. Those kinda go together, don't they? <G> Bars are posted by law.

"Shall issue" has been the rule here for decades. His claim is bogus.

Same here. There is no signage required as the law currently states
places that serve alcohol are off limits to firearms with three
exceptions. Police officer on duty, employee of the establishment with
employer's permission and a traveler who stops in to use the phone for
an emergency.
