MARTIN COUNTY, NC (WITN) - Three women and a man are the latest
to be arrested by the Martin County Narcotics Unit.

Deputies say Jocelyn Suggs, 25, of Oak City, was charged with
three counts of trafficking heroin, and possession with intent
to manufacture, sell, or deliver heroin. Some $6,000 in heroin
was seized and Suggs was jailed on a $2 million bond.

Shaneita Wesson, 30, of Windsor, was charged with the sale of
heroin, delivery of heroin, possession with intent to
manufacture, sell or deliver heroin within 1000 feet of a
school, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver
marijuana, and maintaining a vehicle to keep or store controlled
substances. Her bond was set at $200,000.

Carol Clow, 28, of Williamston, was charged with felony
possession of heroin. Bond was set at $5,000.

Debontis Brown, 36, of Williamston was charged with possession
with intent to manufacture, sale or deliver marijuana, felony
possession of marijuana, and maintaining a vehicle to keep or
store controlled substances. Deputies say some $3,500 in
marijuana was seized and Brown's bond was set at $30,000.

The task for is made up of deputies from the Martin County
Sheriff's Office and officers from the WIlliamston Police
Department. The SBI also assisted in these arrests, according to
deputies.
