Potential applications? How about:
Cafe's making money of of people spewing hackneyed tripe.
Getting laid by sounding smart.
Re-hashing idiots ideas about how the world really works.
Annoying people by over-analyzing.

Yes...criminal justice..i can see the detectives over at area four now:
"Yea Bob, he IS a scumbag, but if you take post modernism, and its
practical applications into consideration, perhaps we shouldn't beat the
living piss out of this douchebag for selling crack to 9 yearolds."
Yea. Okay.

A marxist can't be anything other than a gibbering cretin anyways. Neither
can hard-core capitalists, communists, taoists, eastern-religious freaks
or any of the host of other stupid gits who are pushing their silly assed
dogma on a population of people who couldn't give a rats ass anyways.

Summary: It's stupid.

boshblahblahstupidityblahblahInnaneCommentsAboutSocialStructuresBlahblahMooblah
boshblahblahblahpostmodernismblahblahhemphempityhemphemphempblahblahblah

At which point some idiot will undoubtedly make a 1/2 hour statement on
everything that is wrong with the world and skew so far off topic with
their innane diatribe that everyone will be on their cell phones to Dr.
Kevorkian making appointments.
