From the article:
----------------------------------
On September 4th, Kent Hovind made a public announcement via YouTube video, declaring to the world that he was getting married to Mary Tocco, a divorced woman whose husband is still alive, on September 24, 2016. Up until that time, Hovind had been letting his supporters know of his failing marriage, tumultuous family life, and strange living situation. According to Kent, upon being released from prison, his wife Jo Hovind had him living in a separate bedroom and she and their son Eric were charging him $600-a-month to reside in his former home. Then, after some time had passed, Jo Hovind filed for divorce and Eric Hovind served his dad with an eviction notice and had him evicted from his former home.

I don't see what the legal basis is for eviction, after all didn't Kent tell
everyone that God owned all the property and he was simply allowed to use it
for God's good work? Was that incorrect and there are actual property deeds
in someone's mortal name?

______________________________________________

Kent said many, many things that were demonstrably false.
The internet is awash with evidence of that. One has only
to listen to the prison tapes of him speaking to his wife
to understand the lying and scheming fraud he is. And how
he placed his wife in legal jeopady as she trusted him.
His prison sentence is graphic evidence of that and Jo and
Eric have obviously seen the light. There is little doubt
that she has a lawyer.

It is also clear that Kent Hovind has found himself another
feeble minded individual to victimize. Sad, really.

I thought that the poor guy had died. He just got divorced and is
getting remarried.

The article defines fornication as "premarital sex".
What is the basis of this?
