Just watching "Dawn of Humanity":

https://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/video/dawn-of-humanity/

The operative word here is "Watching." I'm one of those
people who is often *Listening* to the TV, especially
documentaries like this one where what they are saying
is what's important, but this time I was actually
watching. And...

And, omg, what a travesty!

In image after image, shot after shot the specimens
are mishandled. No masks. No protective gear, not even
gloves! The bones are all mishandled, all inexcusably
contaminated!

...no wonder DNA is such a problem! It's as if they
made every attempt to contaminate the finds!

Something else VERY funny about the show...

They minimized australopithecus sediba because, now get
this, at 2 million years old or so it's too young!

I pointed this out before and I'll point it out again:

One of the huge problems with naledi is that none of
the conclusions have ever changed, though the dating
has changed radically!
