Bars, or anything related to alcohol, are always on topic here.

I finally figured out the meaning of life. B.A.R. was always an acronym
for "beyond all recognition" which explains how nickel beer night
contributed to a lot of childbirths (beer goggles). When someone says
they're going to the "bar" it means they are likely going to reproduce
at some point, but my hypothesis places the event at some time after
2:30 am, giving the procreators time to drive to a breeding site after
the bouncers boot them out the door.

Do you mean GG or the anti-evolution movement? Either way I say "both."

A guy walks into a bar and sees this beautiful girl sitting alone.

He takes the seat next to her.

He: You come here often?

She: Yeah.

He: What's your name?

She: Carmen

He: That's a nice name, Carmen.

She: Yeah. It's the two things I like best: Car and men.
What's your name?

He: Uhhhh -- Golftits.

That would be a celebration of one's having become a man that goes
horribly wrong, yes?

;-) Could be...

But based on my experience, the word "expectedly" should be
in there somewhere; "Fubar" was usually said in a resigned
tone.
