THE ROCKY MOUNTAIN LAND USE INSTITUTE
THIRTEENTH ANNUAL LAND USE CONFERENCE
Thursday and Friday, March 11 - 12, 2004
Location: Denver Marriott Southeast Hotel
This two-day conference for planners, attorneys, developers, real
estate professionals, and public officials offers a faculty of over 80
nationally and regionally recognized land use professionals for
stimulating discussion on a wide range of important issues. All
participants attend our combined Thursday session that is designed to
increase knowledge and broaden horizons. Our unique Friday
concurrent session format has five time periods with a choice of five
topics per period, for a total of 25 in-depth learning opportunities.
Both newcomers and "old hands" in the land use field can design their
selections to meet their own specific needs.

INFORMATION FOR
REGISTRANTS
Registration: Advance registration is recommended and you are
encouraged to mail in your registration early. Walk-in registrations
will be subject to space availability. The registration fee entitles
you to receive the Thursday Conference materials, Friday handout
materials for the sessions you attend, two continental breakfasts, and
the Thursday afternoon reception.
Substitutions, Cancellations & Refunds: Substitutions may be made at
any time by faxing to (303) 871-6051. Registration fees will be
refunded (less a $25 processing fee) only if written notice is
received by 5:00 p.m. on March 5, 2004. Later cancellations and "no
shows," for any reason, will be charged the full registration fee. To
cancel, notify The Rocky Mountain Land Use Institute, 2255 East Evans

Continuing Education Credit: Application has been made to The
Colorado Supreme Court Board of Continuing Legal Education for 15 CLE
credits, including 1.4 ethics credits, and to the Colorado Real Estate
Commission for 14.8 hours of continuing education credit for real
estate licensees.
Hotel: Arrangements have been made with the Denver Marriott
Southeast Hotel for special rates for Conference registrants who make
reservations by February 17, 2004. To make reservations, call

rate.
Lunch: Hotel food service includes an all-day cash snack bar and a la
carte lunch station with sandwiches, wraps, salads, pizza, side items
and beverages. There is a Jackson's restaurant in the hotel and many
restaurants in the I-25/Hampden area.
Location: All conference sessions will be held at the Denver Marriott
Southeast Hotel at 6363 E. Hampden Avenue (at I-25 and Hampden). The
Denver Marriott Southeast Hotel is committed to providing facilities
