The most recent set of plans shows GUACCGC,
but I'm fairly sure that's wrong. The extra
guanine keeps producing a retrovirus that isn't
even deadly, and it's also downright unaesthetic.
Can you send a correction? Better yet, just ship
us a new sequencer -- the old one's getting kind
of bitchy and keeps spitting out inerts that won't
metastasize no matter what we do. We've had to
run the last set by hand, and the crew attrition
rate is getting a little iffy.

Also, I'll need some more Okazaki fragments and
enough plasmid RNA to last out the week -- the last
stock got used up producing the last Chevyn clone.
By the way, we broke the one we had; could you send
us one with standard nighttime enhancements? The
architect wants us to start after-hours work, and
there's no way we can proceed without a good drone.

We'll be watching for the anvil.

The true sequence is actually TAGACATGAGACAT. This may be some veiled
reference to Jtem's cat.
Until further notice, employee joyrides in the autoclaver will no longer be
tolerated.
